As a life long resident of Fairfield County, I am committed to our community by providing mortgage solutions that improve the lives of families. As a mortgage professional with over 10 years of experience in mortgage lending, I am a dedicated individual with the knowledge and perseverance to see even the most challenging circumstances through to the end.
My education includes an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Ohio University. I currently reside in Carroll, Ohio, and am a single mother of two beautiful girls. I enjoy volunteering in their classrooms and sports activities. Call me today!
Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
