About Me
I have over 15 years of industry experience and am excited to help families achieve their dream of homeownership. Servicing the Michigan and Ohio markets, I have experience working with all types of clients, but first-time home buyers are my specialty.
I treat my clients like they are family and will be their advocate every step of the way. I do all I can to get them through the home financing process smoothly but also make sure they have some fun along the way. I like to believe that by the time we have reached the closing table, I’ve become more than a trusted advisor to my clients, I’ve also become a friend.
In my spare time I love spending time with friends and family and watching football.
Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
