Meet Kharon
I became a part of 1stBancorp in 2009. I have over fifteen years experience in the mortgage industry as well as five years as a personal financial consultant. I operated my own mortgage company in the early years of 2000 and have extensive experience in securing residential mortgage loans for persons of all income levels. My customers benefit from my extensive network of real estate, mortgage and financial professionals.
I currently live with my husband on a small farm outside of Cincinnati. I am active in my church and enjoy playing with and coaching the women’s softball team. I also love to visit my son and his family in Hawaii, where he is currently stationed as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps.

Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
