About Me
I am committed to you and your home mortgage experience! With over 20 years in the financial and mortgage industry, I strive to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The one thing that is consistent in this industry is change and I am here to make sure you get to your finish line as easily as possible. My goal is to be your mortgage lender for life.
My husband, Don and I moved to Northwest Ohio with our 3 boys, Conner (CJ), Owen (OJ) and Boston in 2009. CJ is attending University of Cincinnati and is an Offensive Lineman on their football team and will be Graduating in 2023. Owen just graduated from Liberty Center HS and will be attending University of Toledo fall of 2022. Boston just started Junior High at Liberty Center. We are sports parents and there’s nothing better than watching your kids do something they love!
I look forward to growing in the NW Ohio market and intend to work with families from Whitehouse to Woodville, Sylvania to Bowling Green and everywhere in between!
Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
