I have been serving homeowners for over 25 years and love my job!
I am looking forward to working with clients who are just starting their journey to home ownership with their first purchase, those who are refinancing an existing mortgage, and those who want to buy an investment property or second home. Equity Resources offers extensive product offerings from traditional Conventional financing
to construction loans. I look forward to working with you and your Realtor and getting the job done in an efficient and professional manner every time!

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
