I have worked with Equity Resources since 1996. I enjoy developing relationships with people and proving my abilities in helping families overcome their financial concerns. My focus is to create customers for life. I try to make the process of buying a home and refinancing as easy and quick as possible, so that when you go away from the closing table you'll know that I did everything possible to make sure the process was smooth with no "surprises."

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
