About Me
I have been improving the lives of Central Ohio Families and Creating raving fans at Equity Resources since 2013. During this time, I have held positions as a Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, Trainer, and Loan Originator. My experience in these various positions has allowed me to learn how to help clients get from “Can I buy a home” to “Here are the keys to your new home” in the quickest and most stress free way possible. One of my proudest moments in my mortgage career was being recognized with an Award of Excellence in 2017 by my peers for my ability to create “Raving Fans” of my mortgage clients.
I am a life long resident of Licking County, Ohio and graduated from Newark High School in 2001. I currently reside in Newark with my son Jacob. In my free time I enjoy coaching Jacob’s sports teams, playing basketball, golfing, and working out at the local YMCA. Saturdays in the Fall you will find me covered in Scarlet & Gray, cheering on our Buckeye Football team and TBDBITL. O-H!
Being a single father and a Millennial, I understand the hurdles that many think will prevent them from reaching the “American Dream” of homeownership. My goal is to educate my clients on the many loan programs available and use my experience to design a plan to place them in their dream home. One of my promises is I will never say “you can’t buy”, instead I will provide a step by step roadmap and show you how soon you actually can!

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
