About Me
Originally from Guatemala, Central America, I have been helping borrowers with mortgage loans for over 20 years.
In 1992, I became part of the financial and corporate environment, and in 1994 joined one of the biggest multinational companies in the world. In 2000, I took my financial knowledge and joined the mortgage world.
My success in the service arena is one I pride myself on by providing honest and truthful advice to my clientele. My sole objective as a lending professional is to “WOW” clients with unexpected service and professionalism where communication takes the front stage.
Whether for a million-dollar loan or someone’s first home, more real estate agents, financial planners, insurance agents and borrowers bring their home financing needs to me. They come for one main reason... Results. I look forward to working with you!

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
