About Me
As a pastor’s wife, I can appreciate the importance of honesty, integrity and confidentiality in your financial matters. I also understand what it means to raise a family on limited income and the dreaded “B” word = BUDGET! I bring to you over 23 years’ experience in the financial industry. I’ve taken the Financial Peace University classes myself and I am a Dave Ramsey believer! I want to work with you to get you to the place of financial stability and property ownership. These loans are great, but they do have some requirements. They were designed to help people get started, so they're not made for very high income borrowers. The property must also be a little outside of city centers, but USDA elgibile properties can be a lot more "in the city" than you think.
