Our Story
We're Isabel & Maria - a Mother & Daughter team. We moved from South Florida to North Carolina in 2018 and love to help those who may be relocating to the area.
Whether you're a first time homebuyer, buying your forever home, refinancing or looking to invest, we're here to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We proudly serve both North Carolina and Florida.
Maria also serves Virginia.
Meet The Team
It's always an honor helping someone with their mortgage loan. I am fluent in Spanish and Italian, and my goal is to make you feel comfortable and secure through the process. I love to travel, spend time with my family, and going to my grandson's soccer games to root for the team. La Vita e Bella!!!

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
