About Me
Originally from South Jersey, I’ve been in Wilmington on and off since 1990.
I like to tell people that with me you get the speed of the North and the hospitality of the South. I’ve traveled through NC from the beaches to the mountains finding little hidden treasures along the way. North Carolina has
so much to offer with its diversity and weather. Skiing, mountains, hiking or beaches. It’s a hard choice to make for me. If you’d like to make your move

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
