Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.

I am a sixth generation Washingtonian. Professionally I have spent 20 years as a Builder Developer and now 25 years in the Mortgage Industry. I have been trained as an underwriter and schooled as a MAI Real Estate Appraiser. I have built, remodeled, financed and managed hundreds of houses. I am an expert in the Residential Housing Industry.
My greatest accomplishment is I am the father of four wonderful millennial children. I am fully qualified to offer my services to you as your Mortgage Dad. It is my privilege and passion to help people/families get into a home. I love passing on my knowledge to teach people about financing and how to purchase or refinance a home.
